Okay cats!

I have made it to one year of not smoking!!!! I consider myself a non entity now where smoking is concerned - not an ex smoker or a non smoker.....just a Lisa....... Laughing

I disidentify with that life........!

I have "marked" the occasion and my partner bought me the complete works (ha Laughing

ha) of the Banana Splits on DVD to congratulate me.........well, I love them.......!

So this is where the back slapping ends for me now and I let go of that chapter.

I have removed my "quit counter" software from the PC and am not mentioning it anymore....time to move on.
